TEDCO Invests in Speak Agent's Academic Language Platform
Today the Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO) invested $100,000 in Speak Agent, Inc. through its Technology Commercialization Fund. TEDCO is an independent entity originally founded by the Maryland General Assembly that makes early-stage investments in Maryland startups that bring innovative ideas to market.
The funding will be used to enhance Speak Agent’s digital academic language lessons with new types of learning activities. It will include tools to integrate video content, among other features, to provide context for academic concepts and related vocabulary.
